Off top of my head CAC is another one. You might think it’s great but you can have really low CAC, but customers churn the second they come on. So LTV/CAC is a better way to analyze. Growth rate is another one. Company can see 2000% growth but if that’s just from one contract then it’s a bit disingenuous
